With a rapidly growing, global community of developers, brand advocates, and users, it should come as no surprise that the Developer Ecosystem team at RDX Works (the core development team behind the Radix Public Network) is growing quickly and has some ambitious goals for 2022. We’re looking for a highly organized and detailed oriented individual to join our team to help make our events and campaigns run smoothly. You will be critical in ensuring our various activities are executed consistently to a high standard and support the ongoing analytics reporting and analysis..This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Developer Ecosystem while working closely with the CSO and other department leads to make sure everyone is on the same page.We’re looking for someone who: Loves a good plan! You will help and assist the Developer Ecosystem team in planning, focusing on ensuring everything is covered off and accounted for and ensuring everyone is kept in the loop and on track. Can keep the ball rolling! You can keep multiple people (and departments) in sync with actions and outcomes. You anticipate any bottlenecks and will confidently flag them to necessary project leads and help smooth them out. Takes pride in a good spreadsheet (or similar data dashboard!) With events, campaigns and KPIs across a wide range of channels and mediums, you are able to track, collect, and summarise key data to the marketing and leadership team. Where possible, you’ll look at ways to automate and streamline the process end-to-end and empower our team with actionable data. Can build and maintain robust processes! As we are rapidly growing from a start-up to a scale-up, we need to ensure that our marketing team has effective processes in place both internally and cross-departmentally. You will help members of the leadership team design, implement and maintain our processes to deliver consistently best-in-class results. What do you need? Proven experience in project management, within a marketing and or event function is a plus. Excellent ability to create and maintain accurate data from a variety of sources and then provide concise updates/reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Working knowledge task/project management tools (we use ClickUp). Experience with content management. We create a lot of content for our blog, newsletters and website and want you to be able to coordinate its process from creation until publication. Demonstrated ability to manage information flow cross-department and with all levels of an organization. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to create, implement and ensure processes are followed and achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes. Experience within the crypto industry or with multi-sided market businesses is a plus. Who are we?
