Role Description
The purpose of the IT Strategy Team is to create linkage between Client Strategic Objectives/Business Need, Service Design and Technology Solutions to create opportunities for Agilisys whilst building Client relationships and confidence in Agilisys capability.
The business analyst supports the consultancy team in research data capture and analysis task related to technology strategy development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in collaboration with clients to capture specific data related to applications, infrastructure, contracts, resources, and finance
- Managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including business, commercial, financial and technology professionals across all levels of Client organisations
- Preparation and analysis of surveys client surveys
- Conducting stakeholder interviews
- Data entry into analysis tools
- Analysis of captured data utilising MS Dataverse and Power BI
- Identification of good practice and areas for improvement within Client technology environments based on the results of the analysis
- Preparation of dashboards and reports for presentation to Clients
